Zebrowski, who has been with the program since 2021, previously served as the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, playing a pivotal role in developing the team’s offensive strategies.

Zebrowski brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having held various coaching positions across collegiate football. His tenure includes serving as the quarterbacks coach at Northern Illinois and the University of Minnesota, as well as the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University at Buffalo. His extensive background in developing quarterbacks and orchestrating dynamic offenses is expected to enhance the Jayhawks’ performance in the upcoming season.

Coach Leipold expressed confidence in Zebrowski’s promotion, stating, “Jim has been instrumental in our offensive development over the past few years. His experience and leadership make him the ideal candidate to lead our offense as we continue to build on our successes.”

The decision to elevate Zebrowski reflects Leipold’s commitment to continuity and internal development within the coaching staff. As the Jayhawks prepare for the forthcoming season, the collaboration between Leipold and Zebrowski is anticipated to play a crucial role in the team’s pursuit of success in the competitive Big 12 Conference.
